Are there any ways to be less hungry if reta isn't an option?

Eat lots of meat, best way to feel satiated and still get calories and a lot of best quality protein that slowly gets made into blood sugar(keeps you less hungry). Really hard to overeat calories with meat and animal foods except milk, even then that's a good source of carbs or if you need a blood sugar boost(like feeling cranky or very strong carb cravings).

Also using drugs to control hunger is really.. uhm.. kind of weak fatso-minded. You need to change your diet more and unlearn the pro-fattening cravings and habits. Else you will just get fat again in the future. Not to be mean or anything that's just how to do it long-term, weight loss is easy once you just eat more meat and animal foods and restrict carbs aka "peasant foods". You can still carb up evening before/during the day before working out for performance.

Edit: Nicotine also can work but I would stick to pouches/gum/spray/whatever. I feel like nicotine is a really safe drug, who cares about "addiction" to it lol.. as long as it isn't tobacco.

Yeah but maybe dont do cigs if ur thinking of either nic or cigs, nic is safer healthwise and also pretty good supressant for appetite, good luck!
 
stims like clen work. also clen increases metabolic rate so it will also help u burn fat easyer. i prefer t3 tho for fat loss but that will make u more hungry by a lot

idk i've been underweight all my life bc i trained my metabolism to be super fast as a kid but i heard from ed twt that drinking bunch of water and chewing gum works
