This is prolly the only guide u will need now i wouldn’t say reta the best weight loss tool dnp is better but unlike dnp theres virtually no death risks or side affects

-Sourcing
I cant really help with sourcing because i buy my shit from a regional vendor but i can tell what to look for when sourcing reta because alot of the times reta could be mixed with heavy metals or mystery solvents or other weight loss drugs so please dont source from india mart or other similar sources anyways moving on when sourcing reta try to look for third party lab testing or just get ur shit tested if u can anyways if u already bought and wanna be sure ur shit is pure Before mixing with bacteriostatic water The powder should usually be white to off white and appear dry and fluffy It shld not be yellow brown wet melted or contain debris
And after mixing with bacteriostatic water
It should dissolve completely with gentle swirling the shit shld be clear it should appear colorless asw
-Dosing
When dosing reta i recommend starting with 1mg weekly or 0.5mg weekly just to test the waters and see how well ur body reacts to it
anyways 1ml does not equate to 1mg ill drop the formula here
Powder amount: 12 mg
Liquid added: 2 mL
Formula:
Total mg ÷ total mL = mg per mL
Example:
12 mg ÷ 2 mL = 6 mg/mL
The more liquid added:
• Lower concentration
The less liquid added:
• Higher concentration
So when starting mix it with more bac water in order to get smaller doses for me what worked was i just increased my dose by .5 everytime i felt it less etc
-pinning
When pinning always have alcohol pads to avoid infection and have a u-100 30 unit insulin syringe if ur starting out since it could hold smaller doses anyways Gently pinch a fold of skin to lift the subcutaneous fat layer Push the needle in at a 45 to 90 degree angle based on your tissue depth Depress the plunger slowly and steadily then hold the needle in place for 5 to 10 seconds before removal ohh yea i forgot the injection site

-storing
This will be quick ur reta should arrive in powder form once u mix it refrigerate it and kept it away from light sun or heat and avoid temperature changes oh yea one of my friends asked me how to hide it from his parents so heres a few methods buy an insulin fridge and hide it somewhere in ur home or buy a mini fridge and say its for coke zeros or what if u cant access any of these get a bottle which u cant see through and put it in the fridge just make sure its not insulated
-Side affects dnr
anyways this will also be quick
• Nausea
• Vomiting
• Diarrhea
• Constipation
• Stomach pain or discomfort
• Burping or acid reflux
And lastly “theoretical cancer” but that shit was said by some guy on the forums no true studies that proves it also to reduce stomach related issues obviously avoid eating fatty foods or else you’ll prolly vomit
