Are there jaw implants which only give verticality?

The question is as follow. My face is already wide, but the jaw is sloped af, with non existent rammus.

Therefore the serious question is, do jaw implants can work only to give verticality?

I have asked online a surgeon about where did the implant went, and he told me it wen between bone and muscle. (masseter).
However, how will the masseter wrap around the implant if you give too much verticality?

It is like straight up signing for a masseter dehissence, which in turn imply soft masseter silicone implant (and more money).

IS THIS REASONING RIGHT?

He straight answered he doesn't do implants anymore so he doesn't know. Which to me means that it didn't exist back when he was still doing them.

It does add vertical length to ramus. Simply search side profile of jaw implant surgery before and after

Yeah I know it does, but the design also always add width to the face which is sometime unnecessary.
I'm looking for vertical increase without width increase

Just opt for minimal width. U will need implants on the side to screw the whole thing in place so u will see some width

Yes it's right, jaw angle implants are mid asf chin implants are easier to do but genio mogs so basically fuck implants they don't belong in lower third

Not if you go with a good surgeon, low chance to get botched with a simple under eye fat graft
