I’m 16 and looking for any natural way to increase my maxilla’s forward growth as much as possible. I also have a recessed jaw but I’m working on that with braces and elastics.

yes, with a bow facemask, it costs 500$ + extra that will ortho take for applying it, its worth it, would pull your maxilla forward till how much ever you want, if your poor you can just try thumbpulling and hardmewing (salludon maxxing)

might work never know, wont die for trying
Itd not about trying.

Its that your wasting months on something. Where you could be doing something else like getting goods grades so your parents dont make you go homeless.

Thumbpulling takes a few minutes a day

there are posts on reddit that say that they moved their maxilla with face mask in their 30s. Is that legit or does it only work for teens

its legit, 30s iss maybe way too far and is mostly genetic sutures, but your sutures are open till early-mid 20s so yeah you can move your maxilla around those ages , if you wear it 16-20 hours with a high force 1.5kg-2kg

Do you need to have the facemask on all the time?

thumpulling and chintucking. shi works don't listen to people who say its cope

did you pulled only lateral or forward and for how long and age
both. Lateral works the zygos more tho. go for 5 sets of 30 sec each. or 2 sets for a min each. im 16, 17 in 2 months. I would do 1 set of lateral, 1 set forward, 1 set lateral, and 1 set forward. For forward I would push above the incisors for the 1st set, then the rest of them I would push behind the very back tooth. Look at this image for reference. You don't wanna push on the teeth, but on the gums behind the teeth. This is gonna pump up your triceps and is super weird the first couple times you do it.
