True but marpe and RPHG have VERY limitied effects in adults, best for young teens, but can be effective for older teens if you use bone-based marpe such as mse and can use RPHG but at this age you should also get lower TADs or the ALT - RAMEC or just use BAMP instead of RPHG. Best for adults would prob be FME + FMA, but you're gonna get max 2mm growth.
