I’m thinking about using a carotenoids blend for a healthier, warmer skin undertone (not trying to look orange). The daily dose would be around 12 mg beta-carotene, 6 mg lycopene, 16 mg lutein and 2 mg zeaxanthin. Are these amounts reasonable for long-term use, or are any of the dosages to high or too low?
