It is not just about good bones. You need good soft tissues too (Fat and skeletal muscle and skin).

You can get a fat grafting to the upper eyelid cosmetic procedure from a professional. There are no other ways.

Upper eyelid exposure is not that bad, and low body fat percentage and good jaw is more important.
