Are thin hair fixable?

they've been thin all my life but as the norwood reaps and my hairline receeds its getting to me more.

its not noticeable with short hair, but the longer they get its possible to see bits of scalp if you see my head from above.

i don't want minox or any steroid.

i do want styling/haircare tips that might help improve my situation.

you can try castor oil but I’m doubtful it would actually cause restoration
