I got a few tablets , zinc , vitamin c etc . You put them in water and they disolve and you drink them blabla. Are they legit or waste of money?

That shit is full of sugar and those vitamins/minerals are most likely shit tier when it comes to absorbtion.


So it is in a way more likely it is rat poison than a vitamin/mineral.
