No, my family at the christmas lunch always cook the same things every year: a disgusting spinach egged cake, a gross coleslaw, some vegetable ravioli I don't like and finally some roasted beef which is the only thing I eat. Finally there are sweets like "Torrone" and "pandoro" but I don't lile them

Not at all, I need that bloat to hide my subhuman maxilla. With higher BMI, there's a higher chance to ascend.

Bloat is not the same as fat but actual bloat can be prevented/helped with a better potassium/sodium ratio, increased circulation and hydration. Most people get way too little potassium compared to sodium which results in excess water retention. Inflammation is another cause.

I have like 3kg of Cream of Tartar so I'll use it during these days, cream of tartar is extremely high in potassium

I will increase circulation tbh, doing some exercices during these days
bloat is my enemy
