But yes i am 100% fully debloated even after cheat meals for a day i typically wont ever get bloated like how i normally would when not on low carb , i eat under 80 grams of carbs a day , my maintenance wont allow me to go lower , i work basically manual labor and workout 5 days a week so i need some carbs
