If you’re not diagnosed, while being friendless and socially outcasted that's a pretty big symptom. It's not normal to be friendless, even NT truecels have friends.
And you should have at least one of the following
>Hyper sensitive to taste
>Hyper sensitive to sound
>A personal interest you invest an unusual amount of time in
>”Stimming”, or some sort of ticks
>Lack of or too much empathy
