To my knowledge, the only way to get bigger zygos are MSE(meme), Well placed Zygo implants (ideal tbh) and fillers.

Yes. To start, fillers > implants.

Why? You need to test differents volumes to know which one would be the best on your face

They're using camera tricks jfl the first pic is taken from a selfie type camera(wide angle) which makes everything look narrow

Hide his face and see the neck width youll see the difference

True, but still looks better. Not a huge change but with fillers that’s what you get.
