Yes snus/nicotine is very effective at suppressing appetite and debloating. I’ve been using snus for about 5 years so I can back this up. I’ve noticed however that for you to actually feel your appetite suppressing you need to use quite high strength (20mg/g or more). Do not hop onto a dose like that the first thing you do however - that dose will make you vomit your entire guts if you’re not experienced. Start low and gradually work your way up to a dose like that and you’re golden.

I’ve been doing this method for years and it is so good. Truly a hidden gem. Clav would be doing this instead of meth if only he knew about it but unfortunately he’s retarded.
