I struggle with dry skin ( ichthyosis ) and severe redness on my face and hands.

I used the same Eucerin body lotion but with 10% or 15% urea, paired it with Eucerin ph5 body showering oil and reduced showering to 1x a day at most, it helped me A LOT. Now that my skin is normal even on accutane, i started using CeraVe moisturizing lotion and Eucerin ph5 showering oil since urea lotions are greasy.
P.S. Skip a day or two of showering every once in a while so your body can restore it's natural oils and properties. (just use wet wipes for armpits)
