First and foremost Letrozole seems to be to strong of an aromatase inhibitor which leads us to Arimidex vs Aromasin.
I still don't understand why people would consider Aromasin over Arimidex. Yes, Arimidex can cause LDL to be higher and HDL to lower but that is because estrogen plays a role in your cholesterol levs so lowering them would have an effect, and once you hope off your AI you should be fine. However, Aromasin can cause permanent changes in your estrogen levels ( if you take it then hope off you will produce less estrogen) because it is a suicide inhibitor. I think Arimidex should be fine as long as you get proper blood work done and ensure you're careful about it. If you have a different take please let me know.
