Arms are the most important muscle group. You should hit them directly 3 days a week

non jokily the only thing i will ever work out is arms, chest, shoulders, back

Muscle groups, ordered from most important to least important:

1) neck (the muscle group closest to your face, always visible, people will subconsciously judge your strength by your neck size)
2) traps (can look ogre if you overdo it, however it is one of the most masculine and dimorphic muscle)
3) forearms (visible when wearing a shirt, also grip strength. Carrying or opening something heavy and armwrestling are few of the only szenarios where you actually apply your strength for others to see)
4) shoulders, lat (more so the depth than the width), chest, triceps for general upper body size
5) abs and side abs (basically being lean)
6) bizeps (if someone asks you to flex a biceps jfl)
7) calves (for general agility, jumping, running)
8) quads (to avoid chickenlegs, however big quads look ugly and nobody cares anyways)
9) glutes and hamstrings

No way glutes are last. Women love glutes just like we do

High IQ

My list imo:
1) Shoulders ( for a wide frame )
2) Neck ( yes )
3) Arms ( you can see them in a t shirt )
4) Honestly who cares aim for a balanced body but put enough focus on the first 3 groups and you'll be good

As a newb-intermediate lifter by far the best bicep builder is weighted chin-ups

Lmao this advice is trash, I’ve literally never done an “arm day” and I probably have the biggest arms on this forum

I do however dedicate a workout specifically for shoulders / traps
