Aromasin day 6

I’m on day 6 of my Aromasin, and the physical sides have kicked in like knee pain and back pain and my muscles feel somewhat weaker but the worst is probably the mental sides especially at night I get this massive amount of just sadness and it's one of the reason I try not to go on forums but yeah I will list the sides I currently have right now

-headaches
-knee and back pain
-hot flashes
-cant sleep sometimes (I take 50mg of melatonin when I can't)
-dizzness
-Little loss of appetite (I just shove the food down idgaf)
-sadness at night

Pretty much it
I take fish oil, calcium pills, vitamin K2 & D3, creatine, and colostrum (I've always taken colostrum). But yeah, calcium and vitamin k2&d3 is the most important to mitigate bone loss.

If you have any other supplements that could help I would appreciate if you would tell me!

I suggest regular Paracetamol pain killers. Only once when it hurts and you should feel alright.

If you want needles, go with bpc157

Bro. Daily Exe is retarted. You dont know if its just the lower end of the reference, You will crash your e2 to the ground without labwork. Your body needs 48-72hours to produce new estrogen. Every 3 days 10-15mg is enough.

If i understand correctly you take 25mg exemestan a day. Youre body has 0 Estrogen rn. Dont take a suicide AI if you dont know how to use it.

Yeah Ik i thinking of switching to Arimidex after I finish my Aromasin pull but I've only taken 12.5mg daily so far

Exemestan is not the problem. But your daily dosis is the 3 days dosage for most people. Take 12mg every 3 days and do a bloodwork after a few weeks.

Yeah I might do every two days but still not sure
