If I started to experience the symptoms of low E2 on 12.5 asin ed, how would I go about lowering the dose until at an appropriate E2? Should I take a break before resuming AI use or just hop immediately into the new protocol?

lol me too, get ur blood work done then change the dose accordingly, I was 14.9 pg/ml I stopped for a week then did 6.25 ed instead of 12.5 ed.
The goal is to reach ur desired range then stay there, if u keep taking the same dose you’ll tank ur e2

with asin, the dosing is not linear - even a small amount will produce significant suppression, and the increased dose does not produce increased suppression linearly

you should do it the other way - start with the smallest possible dose, which is dependant on how much you can divide the tablet
then do that ED

don't do a period while you do nothing, that could cause your e2 to shoot up and you'd have a peak
with e2, stability is the key, you want as little fluctuation as possible

75 test e ed (525/week). No other aromatizing compounds the only other anabolic is anavar

I've been on gear for about a year, and during this time, I had cycled through various stacks - TRT, moderate test, test with mast, nandrolone with estrogen, nandrolone solo, nandrolone with low test etc...

the thing that's been consistently a pain in the ass, has been e2 management - because you never fucking know what's the level going to be, since it's not a linear response either to AI, or even to the dosage of the aromatizing gear

shit is going to suck ass until you develop such knowledge of your body, and how it interacts with the compounds and ai, that you can eyeball it
and you develop this knowledge via just getting the e2 repeatedly measured like a fucking retard over and over again
you need to know your natty baseline, then you need to know the value at dose X of test *without AI*, so that when you change the T dose, you know to guess how it's gonna affect the e2
then you need to stay at that X dose of test, and add some X dose of ai (like the 6.25 in your case), this wil tell you how you react to AI - but keep in mind that different doses of AI produce different suppression, it's not linear like I said

then you factor in that shit like masteron has a weird effect on the estrogen receptor and acts as a "pseudo-AI", pseudo because it can relieve some high e2 symptoms, but your e2 value will not change in the blood work
then you may start playing with things like primo or eq - the best way to control estrogen, since you get a perfectly stable level (even with ED dosing of asin you may get some fluctuation) - and once you do this, you need to go throguh the process again, since you just don't know what dose of primo/eq will produce what suppression (and with the retarded EQ ester this will be fun)

this is why masteron is such a great anabolic - you only need to find your TRT level of test (or what dose of test puts you at the exact level of e2 that you wish to be), and then you simply just scale the main anabolic (which is the masteron) depending on if you're going heavy or in a health phase or whatever, and you dont get any impact on the e2
