tldr; average testosterone went from 750 ng/dl to 1250 ng/dl and estrogen levels dropped by 30-50%. E2 bottomed out around 15 pg/ml, even at 50 mg/day, because the subjects had an intact HPTA to try and fix the decrease (that's still low enough to make some people feel like shit, though other people will probably still feel OK there and it's technically 'in range')
