Aromasin vs arimidex for heightmaxxing?

Gonna start soon but I need to know whether I should get asin or adex. There's been so many contradictory information around here regarding them both atp I'm confused on which one I should take. My dose for adex would be 1mg a day and asin would be 12.5mg (lmk if this should change tho these r the recommended doses I see)

use aromasin because it's a suicidal inhibitor. if you stop taking arimidex for even just 1 or 2 days you will have an estrogen rebound.

and 12.5mg ed is not necessary. start with 6.25mg every 2 days and after a month switch to same dose but ed
