Aromatase Inhibitor Warning - Heightmaxxing

Hey everyone,

Any of you who are considering taking a AI for a heightmaxxing stack or for any other reason I highly suggest you think twice.

I have used Aromasin recently and have crashed my estrogen. Aromasin has a half life of around 9 hours but it is going to take my body weeks if not months to naturally produce the aromaste it once had. The reason this is potentially dangerous is that I am currently operating with severe brain fog and absolutely no motivation in life. Since I am not taking any exogenous fourms of testosterone it is going to take a long time to get back to normal estrogen levels. The only reason you really should be taking an AI is if you are taking gear. Please save yourself potential brain damage and other side effects.

Tldr; Don't take an AI unless you are taking steroids.

Your dosage and frequency was too high. You should microdose for 2-4 years by reducing 20-40% of aromasin. Just like what they did in the control groups in the studies I read. 25% of people had some adrenal problems but they gained up to 10 cm of height in 2-3 years. If I'm not mistaken. Just google it I read like 3 of the first results

Don't take AI ever, just lower the amount of roids that convert to strogen you are using.
If you are using it for heightmaxxing don't crash your estrogen obviously, you shouldn't be feeling like shit, with joint pains and whatnot.

Im on no fap for weeks for my PCT and im probably never going back. If you fap everyday it's like 30 minutes of your time wasted on fucking yourself up, just avoiding that waste of time should be enough benefits of nofap.

18 probably too late. Your growth plates need to be open. The point of aromatase inhibitors is to keep growth plates open for a longer period of time to grow more

It's different for literally every person, aromasin is one of the weakest AI's, 25mg of aromasin is equal to 1mg of arimidex, you have way more wiggle room to fuck around with, 6.25 is standard dose on TRT, start low, and get blood work

It's different for literally every person, aromasin is one of the weakest AI's, 25mg of aromasin is equal to 1mg of arimidex, you have way more wiggle room to fuck around with, 6.25 is standard dose on TRT, start low, and get blood work

Personally I tolerate 12,5 mg aromasin better than 0,5 mg arimidex having more androgenic sides

why are you on letro on pin days? won't you risk an estrogen rebound? (even with asin)

i started originally by taking 1.25mgs of letro every day with asin so my est is already obliterated, I just maintain it being low ig + iirc letro suppresses estfor 7 days after 2.5mgs
