Dont think theyre accurate lol, a lot of kids grew up skinny and a lot grew up fat. Im not a scientist but making a guess on the height based on bodyfat is kinda dumb. Even in my own experience, the result given by one of those calcs is mad innacurate

Yea good point. Still though, those calculators can be crazy inaccurate and height can be a lot about genetic lottery. Predicting someones height alone by their bf% and parents heights is kind of dumb. You're right that obesity influences height negatively. My point is, the final height of the guy from above, even if he had obesity could end up at way higher marks, and using some shitty calculator and subtracting some cm because he would be obese is dumb as shit. If he wanted more accurate results of his final height he should check for his tanner stage and maybe see a doc to check his growth plates and even then the height prediction might not be fully accurate
