But also ais decrease bone density js so u know. U only need them if ur trying to increase ur height so ur growth plates don’t close prematurely

they don’t make you lose bone density if you don’t overdo it, cause obviously if you don’t have enough estrogen you will lose bone density but to get around the fear of bone loss just take it with denosumab
