Should I start using aromatase inhibitors ( aromasin) at 16 years old. If you can tell what are the side effects of using them, how to avoid the side effects and what dose of aromasin i should take. And how to track my estrogen

take as much as possible otherwise you will stay hideously deformed and unlovable.
estrogen is not real so no need to worry.
if it goes badly, you can always just kill yourself

Start with a low dose first and then do a blood test. If they are in a good level generally 10-20 pg/ml. If not just adjust the dose til you reach those levels
