Start with a low dose first and then do a blood test. If they are in a good level generally 10-20 pg/ml. If not just adjust the dose til you reach those levels

Do NOT use aromasin, it's irreversible and will forever impact your estrogen levels. Also it's not as strong as other AIs.

Use Arimidex instead, it's stronger than aromasin and it's reversible. So if you ever want to go back to normal estrogen production levels, you can do that. Which is useful since estradiol does help prevent sperm death.

I've heard that if I use arimidex if I stop it my estrogen will peak and my growth plates will close but one guy said that aromasin won't peak my estrogen if I stop it

That guy is probably saying your hpg axis might react to the AIs and produce extra estrogen as an initial response to the suddenly low estrogen. Even then, I don't know how this could even occur. Like the biomechanics.

But stuff like that only happens in GNRH analogues and even then that lasts for like 2 days until complete chemical castration occurs.

Ask him for sources, if he doesn't have any, ignore him.

Take 1mg of arimidex daily, literally that in of itself causes 96.7–97.3% inhibition. Meanwhile 10mg of arimidex only causes 98.1% inhibition.

As you can see, the difference from taking 1mg and 10mg is very minimal. Just go take 1mg.

I suppose Arimidex is lighter in general so brain development should be less affected. Brain damage is theoretical btw.
