My mom brought a bunch of cinnamon buns, cookies and cake the other day because she wants to fatten me up, but because I need to stay lean I can't be having that all the time. That's why I did a butt workout now and go for a walk. It gives me a sense of pleasure that makes me not have to succumb to binge eating.
Does anyone else get this satisfaction from training or do you just get even hungrier? Curious to hear your personal experience because I've heard it goes both ways.
