Only possible with well put surgeries and intense bone supplementation over a decade to catch up a LTN base anyway, leanmaxxing is cope if u are slightly overweight as I only have dropped 5 kg between pictures, dont delude urself until it is too late OP

i was a 150kg boneless ltn im now 1t 98 kg and have okay bones i would say i cant really complain maybe about my chin since its very slightly recessed but other than that i cant complain
