listen, ik I didn't ascend that much and it's lighting. But trust me I DID INCREASE bone mass this is about 1 year difference. I'm still devoulping so and my gens allow it. But the real reason I increase is because I worked out and increase testosterone and DHT. Yeah the gym isn't cope testosterone effects maxilary growth and a lot on the mandible.
