My ascension plan (ltn to mtn)

Eye area
- castor oil eyebrows/eyelashes
- jet black dye eyelashes/eyebrows
- caffeine solution for eye bags
Diet and Calisthenics
- low cal deficit and 0.7 grams of protein per body weight
- train 4x a week
- 20k steps daily
Hair
- maintain perm
Side profile
- lower bf obviously
- neck curls, chin tucks
- masseter training
Coloring
- get tanner
- darker eyebrows and eyelashes
- blue contacts
- clothes that compliment eyes
Then grind for money because there is a couple of surgeries I want to get done and fat grafting. But I believe I will ascend out of ltn hell without surgery. Ive already had insane progress I barely recognize my old self.

diet correctly and do some fucking research for products and its not too bad, also once you grow your hair out more you can get it textured easily
