Ascending Advice

Im trying to spend an hour a day dedicated to ascending, so far i only do chin tucks and neck curls as well as a spine decomp stretches. what else should i implement.
Obviously im also debloating and doing other stuff throughout the day like gym to ascend, but for a dedicated hour, what's the best excserices/activities to do to ascend.
Biggest thing i need to fix imo is my eye area so maybe stuff to focus on that.
 
Spinal decompression and chin tucks are cope

Any real 'ascension' takes 6-12 months minimum

Just gymmaxx, skinmaxx and dietmaxx brah

Use that one hour to acquire a skill and moneymmaxx

Real looksmaxxing isn't sexy, expecially if its not surgical

Im aware of the time frame and im willing to put in the work i have rough ideas of what is cope and what isnt, just needed advice/direction.
I already do mma like 5 times a week, im awaiting an Accutane prescription, im optimising my diet for height,
is there anything else you would recommend me to do?
and im close to getting funded ( i trade NQ and the S&P)
