Im trying to spend an hour a day dedicated to ascending, so far i only do chin tucks and neck curls as well as a spine decomp stretches. what else should i implement.
Obviously im also debloating and doing other stuff throughout the day like gym to ascend, but for a dedicated hour, what's the best excserices/activities to do to ascend.
