So basically, am going to korea for a vacation and am going to visit height shi clinics as my growth plates are still open (15) and I just need your guy's help getting the right supplements and all the shi i need to maximize growth
Mom: 160 cm
Dad: 174cm
Me: 164cm
is it over for me?

Youll probably grow a few inches more, just live a healthy live.

Make sure to get enough calcium and protein, and dont go into a calorie deficit
