Wondering what advice you guys have for me? I already have certain things in mind but want to see what you all think. Also pics of current progress, about a year apart or less. You should be able to tell them apart time frame wise. 18 years old.

What do you even do for the philtrum?

get bigger chin u can do this by ortho maybe pull ur mandible forward so ur chin will look bigger or going throught surgery
