short term future:
- lean to 9-12% 3-4 weeks using 10mg reta
- cycle on roughly 400-600 test, 100-300 eq, 5 ius gh, ideally going from 155lbs- 170-180 not overly fat
also continuing with ghk cu, minox, accutane, bpc, low dose reta,
- post accutane begin microneedling with the derminator 2 1-2 twice monthly
- introduce gycolic acid, lactic acid, and azelic acid for my rosacea and kprf that i cant do while on higher dose accutane.
- ?jaw filler?
long term future:
- (in order of likelyhood) hair transplant, lose skin removal (stomach), some sort of lower third surgery, downgrading sliding genio etc


desired jaw filler or surgical results

biggest weak points are probably traps, biceps, triceps, mid section. everything but lats basically
