First post. I’m 19, 5’11, and 190. I’ll post a pic from a year ago and me now. Just started bonesmashing, is that cope? Also I know I need to debloat, right now I’m doing elevated walking on 3 for the escalator, hitting 10k steps and eating 1000 mg of potassium a day.
