Welcome to my ascension guide. Well there’s multiple guides for people of different looks levels.
The titles of each guide are classified by the looks range it’s useful for and are bolded so you can skip to the guide labeled with the range you fall into and find out how to ascend.
Disclaimer: I will be brutally honest about shit. So if you can’t handle me telling you some hard truths in order to help you ascend gtfo
Before you go find the guide for you though, find your REAL rating. Whatever rating of you you think you have is wrong. You can PM me for a rate or you can get your current PSL rating and do this:
Subtract 2 points if you are below 5’9
Subtract 3 points if you are 5’6 and if you’re shorter subtract 1 point for every inch shorter you are until you get to 4’11 because at that point everything below is the same smv
Add 1 point if you are 6’1+
Subtract 1 if you’re lightskin curry
Subtract 3 if you’re darkskin curry
Subtract 1 if you’re asian
Add 2 points if you’ve gymmaxxed for 1-2 years+ consistently and have a physique that shows it
The rating you end up with after doing this formula is your real rating out of 8 like psl in the USA, idk about the other countries. This is a usa based guide, but i’m assuming it’s similar everywhere else.
FOR Anything below 0-1.5
Try to Escortmaxx. Or find a girl with a recessed brain to LTR. Those are really your only choices bro. If you can’t do that try to looksmaxx enough to do any of the guides above.
FOR 2-2.5
Locationmaxx. If you’re white, SEAmaxx. You will get higher quality foids there than you will anywhere else. (South america has hotter girls but only ugly ones will come from JBW)
If you’re ethnic, move to your native land. Be NT, find a girl around your looksmatch and if you’re actually NT and she’s actually your looksmatch chances are she will probably like you.
Keep in mind if she is looksmatched with you without makeup but mogs you with makeup, that doesn’t count. You have to be looksmatched with whatever she looks like everyday.
FOR 3-4
Think of the guys with girls that mog them. It’s not luck. It’s not fucking luck pill. It’s not medium ugly. It’s because they developed feelings from having such a strong bond. With your NT chad personality you proved what your looks couldn’t about yourself.
Would you believe me if i told u you could get any girl you wanted, well almost any, would you believe me? Probably not
But the truth is you can get any girl that is at least down to befriend you. Sure, the path will be very hard. But it will happen if you really want it
All you have to do is be decently nt and hang out or do a lot of things with her.
The more she mogs you, the longer you will have to stay in the friendzone before she accepts you.
If you’re 3 psl using this tactic for a 6 psl, it will work, you will get her to like you, but expect to be in the friendzone for YEARS and i mean it literally. Could be two years or more before she even begins to get interested in you sexually or romantically
If you act non nt, or like a simp, or a dickhead that overdoes it and just makes it uncomfortable and unfunny you will be friendzoned forever.
If you’re none of the above and you hang out and do stuff with her, after a while, it may be 2 months or a year, she will start to like you. She will have so many fond memories and such a strong bond with you she can’t help but like you.
Of course she will fall for a PSL 4 a lot faster than she would for a PSL 3 but

LTRs with gl women are brutal at this PSL range, though achievable. You really can’t fuck up or you get dumped, it’s kinda sad but at least you have bragging rights and the dopamine of fucking a girl 2 psl points above u.
FOR 4.5-5
Have a car. If you don’t have one it’s over. Go to parties, meet a girl, be NT, smoke with her, get her snap. If you’re truly 4.5-5 psl and decently NT she will at least give you her snap to be friends. She will have some interest.
Some night when u wanna fuck hit her up on snap and ask if she’s tryna get scooped and smoke. She’ll most likely say yes. Smoke w her, and fuck. Easy slay. After that she’ll probably be down to be fwb if u keep up your nt personality.
LTRs are good at this PSL range, but you can still be cucked by the level above.
FOR 5.5+
Go to a party
That’s it
Foids will approach you and eventually fuck you even if they’re sober
The ones that approached me were usually half a point to a point below me in psl tho. But if you’re nt and approach girls above your looksmatch they will totally be down to fuck
At this range you don’t have to be as NT as you would as a PSL 4.5-5 to fuck girls that mog you because at this range almost everyone will consider you attractive so even 6.5 psl foids will see you as options as a 5.5
Things that help are that
1. Girls are insecure, they misjudge their attractiveness by 1-2 points depending how insecure
2. Looks are mostly subjective past 6 PSL
3. The average person can’t tell who mogs who
This is shown by foids saying they didn’t notice anything weird or anyone that looked noticeably better than the other when shown. a picture of Gandy and some 3 psl subhuman
You wouldn’t believe how common it is for a 7 psl foid to think she’s looksmatched with her 6 psl boyfriend.
NT is huge help even at this range tho, if you’re NT it will be so easy for you, it’ll be like playing a video game. It’s almost like they’re doing everything for you and the world is yours
