What surgeries?
I have a narrow palate, short nose that also lacks a defined nose bridge, tall chin and forehead (brutalized my lack of nose even more)- philtrum isn't noticeably long though. I've been told I have negative orbitals. I have a wide chin (wider than my mouth). That's pretty much all I can say, can provide photos if needed
