I’ve decided to make a new ascension plan because the last one was incomplete and a little overwhelming, so if I had actually tried doing all of that, I probably would have given up before seeing any improvements.

I’ve decided to remove some things I saw as a waste of money, time or unrealistic to do. These are the things I’ve removed:
Some of the dickmaxxes
Bimatoprost on lashes
The peptides for bone mass
Fake tanning
Dermarolling the whole face
All the supplements
Growing out my hair and dyeing it
All the nutrition things
The roid plan has changed a lot


In this thread I’m going to go over how I’m going to improve my dick, lashes, brows, skin, physique, my roid plan and, lastly, some questions that will help me decide what to remove, add or change. I’m not going to mention surgery in this thread because I won’t be able to get it for another 3 years, so we can discuss that when the time comes.

My stats haven’t changed, but here they are:
I’m 15 years old, but I’ll be 16 in 3 months.
I weigh 66 kg, don’t comment on that.:lul:
I’m 190 cm tall.
My rating is HLTN.
I’m in a late bloomer.

This is my plan to improve my penis:
Apply DHT gel every day.
Use an air pump for 2 minutes every day.
Use roids.
Pray.

This is my plan to improve eyebrows and lashes:
Dermarolling every other day for 6 minutes on each brow.
Minoxidil on eyebrows every day.
Maybe minoxidil on lashes.
Tint lashes and dye eyebrows.
Castor oil every day on lashes and brows.

This is my plan to improve my skin:
15 mg isotretinoin every other day.
2 mg GHK-Cu daily.
Hydrocortisone on my nose using @Sadist’s guide.
La Roche-Posay cleanser and moisturizer.
Sun essence SPF 50.

This is my plan to improve my physique:
I’m going to stay at 10–12% body fat.
I’m going to play football/soccer for cardio.
I’m going to lean bulk.
I’ll be focusing on training my neck.
Can’t forget that I’ll be using roids.

This is how I’m going to roid and use other compounds:
2 Test E injections per week, starting at 300 mg and increasing by 50 mg every other week until I reach 500 mg
30 mg ED for the first 8 weeks, then 40 mg ED for the rest of the cycle
4 IU HGH ED, split into 2 injections a day
500 IU HCG twice a week, starting 4 weeks before my last Test injection, continuing for 2 weeks after the last injection
RU58841 on my temples
600 mg twice a day for liver support since I’m doing isotretinoin and anavar
AI on hand if I experience any estrogenic side effects
250 mcg MT2 until I have the tan I want, then 125 mcg to maintain it
Nebivolol and eplerenone to stop HGH bloat
Pregabalin and baclofen instead of alcohol
Monthly bloodwork

Are beta blockers worth it for blood pressure?
Do I keep isotretinoin on hand or run it all the time?
Should I do anavar for the whole cycle or only the last 5 weeks?
What’s your opinion on PCT, is that something I should do?
Should I keep my cycle at 16 weeks or change it to a 20–24 week cycle?
Is a blood pressure monitor worth buying?
Should I do topical dut + RU or only RU?
Is castor oil on brows and lashes just cope?
Is it safe to use minoxidil on lashes?
Is topical estriol 0.1% something I should consider?

The sun is never out in Denmark so it doesn’t really matter and that’s why I’m considering having isotretinoin on hand + rep me 😡

Got kinda busy atm, I will probably reply more in depth later on, but instead think I noticed: Just because the sun isn't out it doesn't mean UV Radiation isn't penetrating the clouds and reaching your skin, depending on how clear our cloudy the day is 70-90% of that radiation is still going through, which specially paired with Accutane is a no-no. At the very least make sure ALL of your exposed skin is protected with sunscreen.

It doesn't matter if you're a mogger with clear skin if you get skin cancer the following year.

Mostly, use minox (topical) and Buy a dermapen (dermarollers and stamps are shitty asf)

Yes, Don't use it after microneedling though..

Also: You should be more worried about your bone structure rather than your body tbh, are you planning on getting MSE or FME?
I have talked to a few people about MSE and most of them have told me that orthodontics is basically a gimmick and that MSE does not really change how you look, it only helps with airway and tongue space. They said you cannot actually change your bone structure unless you get osteotomies, implants or similar procedures. @Jonasㅤㅤ ㅤㅤ and @imontheloose me this and I feel like they are very trustworthy.

why are you using SPF 50 living in denmark with no sun. And also if you would diet maxx you should be able to not have to use the products. They are pretty good short term but I have heard of people using this type of stuff long term and it messes their skin. Honestly I reccommend just eating good in terms of skin.

Here's my advice

Apply DHT gel every day.
The effects wouldn't be only local but also systematically, and although they'll probably be mild it's likely not worth it since you'll experience little to no dick gains and more of the negatives of dht (oily skin, shit hair, etc) + dht becomes counterproductive around the age of 16 anyways and stops playing as a key role in development, you said you're a late bloomer but that's still worth mentioning. Dht only really grows your dick in individuals with androgen insensitivity and/or 5 alpha reductase deficiencies so I doubt it'd do anything
Dermarolling every other day for 6 minutes on each brow
Far to excessive and will probably cause damaged hair follicles and actually lead to inhibited growth, reduce the frequency to 1-4x a week and dermaroll less each session
Minoxidil on eyebrows every day.
Maybe minoxidil on lashes.
This is a stretch and not directly proven but I'm VERY certain longterm use of minoxidil can be detrimental to your eye area. Basically, topical minoxidil promotes hair growth via HMGB1 secretion, which then indirectly causes upregulated PGE2 production, which is a fundemental protein in promoting lipolysis (the breakdown of fat tissue), the fat loss from this would be so unbelievably miniscule which is why it's never been shown to actually cause fat loss since no studies are going to measure minoxidil effects over years, let alone only in terms of fat loss since it's such an indirect correlation, but the lypolysis via PGE2 secretion IS 100% noteworthy since other hair growth ointments like Bimatoprost (which directly stimulates PGE2 production) have been proven to drastically cause fat loss around your eye area. The main lipolysis inducing protein from this is literally the exact same that minoxidil promotes, and since minoxidil has to be used over extended periods of time to maintain results pretty much everybody using it is going to use in long-term and notice the lipolysis buildup at some point or another, it's just a matter of time.
15 mg isotretinoin every other day.
2 mg GHK-Cu daily.
I would personally opt for 10mg Iso 4 days a week indefinitely since that's what's usually used by Hollywood actors since the side effect profile is practically not existent. It's not really a huge deal but most people will experience diminishing returns (in terms of microdosing protocols)
I’m going to lean bulk.
Bulking is a stage of the past, calories themselves don't drive muscle growth but act almost as an indicator to your body of the amount of nutrients your getting in so your body knows what to do with ingested nutrients. All you need to build adequate tissue is to eat in a 100-200 calorie surplus so your body is able to tell it's not in survival mode but it's thriving and can afford to put on muscle. This is why so many experienced science based lifters will sometimes actually refer to a mild surplus as your true "maintenance," since you're experiencing the perfect maingain. Anything over 200 calories will result in diminishing returns and you'll likely begin to accumulate a bit more fat for hardly (if any) more muscle than you would have if you just simply stuck to a 200 calorie surplus.

1. Most beta blockers will rape your performance in the gym or playing sports

2. Only take Anavar the first 5 weeks as a kickstarter, it will completely fuck over your lipid profile. Running an oral alongside test for your first cycle in its own is already controversial (though I think it's fine)

3. Yes. Your hormones will be completely shut down the entirety of the cycle and months afterwards if you don't do a proper pct. At your age if you don't do a pct you run the risk of never recovering and having sub-optimal T for the rest of your life, never returning to your pre-cycle baseline

4. For a first cycle I would personally keep it to 16 weeks

5. Yes, BP monitors are always worth it when taking any compounds but especially when on cycle

6. No, never apply minoxidil to your lashes

7. Hgh is always worth it, but theres a overlap with hgh & roiding since roiding WILL fuse, or atleast rapidly accelerate plate closure since you're T's going to be in superphysiological levels which WILL lead to much higher than normal E2 levels. If I were you I would check if your plates are open or not before touching either drugs, if they're open only use hgh and if they're closed roid up :feelsokman:

I brutally forgot, I think your plan is pretty well-structured and realistic, I don't have many comments (mainly because I dont have a lot of experimentation with steroids, so it's not my place to give you any advice on pinning) and except 2 things:
  1. Do not microneedle every day, you're probably going to give yourself post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. 1x/week is fine, 2x/week is already pushing it.
  2. You're supposed to use isotretinoin FOR LIFE, or switch to a topical retinoid, but you should always have some type of retinoid in your skincare rotation
