i used to vape back in HS and early uni days. now i only ever crave when i drink, wish it didnt but some of my boys still vape/ smoke so ill indulge. life is about balance and tbh i still love some blueberry ice flavoured cancer, just not a habit you should do often. shrinks your dick 100%

at 16 your bones arnt fused meaning you can have great results without surgery, dont lose hope. you can also see more then one ortho without them interacting, find someone who will do what you need, daunting when parents are involved but explain the same things / lies to both parties i guess, dont tell your mom you wanna ascend tho lol

extreme amounts of carotenoids + astaxanthin, one of the OG tiktok methods i learned about in lockdown. i EAT above 50k of vit a daily, posted diet somewhere here already. supplement w astaxanthin, used to be called rabbit maxxing lol, i will also use a fake tanner from jergens, fair - medium color, doesnt bother my skin and isnt overally noticable in the winter, never been called out.

this is easier in uni tbh, you get a chance to reinvent yourself.

but, as long as you arnt autistic or actually a weirdo, figure out whos popular in your school, become friends with just 1 or 2 of them at first and work your way in. once you have a person or two who fw you just interact w them more, eventually youll find yourself meeting more of the popular persons friends, and eventually your in the group, helps to be have a reason to talk to them but really its human nature. this is IRL

on socials post cool shit, dinner, sports, friends. if you do something cool / exciting post it. follow people from your school, interact with there posts. have a favourable ratio of followers also, thats a halo. have a private account. have a highlight section also, full of only top story posts.

real shit tho, i was not him in highschool but was able to recreate myself in uni. get some motion and switch up on those ppl when you can, my few boys i still have from youth all got it together outa HS and clown the ones who stayed the same.

use these years to grind and get a baseline, get used to socializing and get a physique. hard to see the big picture but youll thank yourself soon

nor will it have the same effect, eat 5 or 6 carrots a day, 2 with every meal lets say. and a sweet potato with dinner, throw in astaxanthin supplement and youll have a glow within 3-4 weeks of consistency.

no astaxanthin and youll still reap some benefit of the glow. skin quality will improve, and eyes should appear whiter in my experience and findings

i do believe ive seen minimal results.

my justification, when i was in my late teen years i took a baseball off the lift side of my chin, right on the corner where jaw rounds to chin. ( fastball from the pitcher while batting )

this made a permanent change in my jaw bone leaving a quite noticeable bump, to the eye and touch, leaving my chin uneven.

since starting LM ive wanted to fix this issue and have been bonesmashing the opposing side of chin.

i would say the right side has now caught up approx 20-30% and can feel the area of repeated impact by touch, where as before starting there was no bump.

i have used different things to do so in past but for my use case i use little metal hammer yeah

its a anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory shampoo, that also has the benefit of minimally lowers scalp dht levels

dht reduction is very minimal but personally it to beneficial as a first line of defence.

super drying of the actual follicle though make sure you use a good quality condition, some kinda oil, and a heat protectant

at one point in time yeah i was. honestly at this point Im content. got exactly what i wanted outa the BP game.

i think looks are unbelievably important but i also put a ton of effort, if not more into learning to socialize

years of forced exposure therapy in my teens now Im grown, use it all to my advantage and reaping the benefits of consistency.

stay motivated and consistent and learn how to transfer that amount of effort into other life goals and youll do well bro, promise

naw bro i dont really take it often, ill take it before dates but unsure if it has a noticeable effect or not, just something Ive been trying.

what else were your curious on, semax / selank? - both by injection,

Adderall and Vyvanse i would say have highest upside. Vyvanse is my preferred but highlife fucks my sleep to shit.

so i've taken bromantane for 2 cycles lasting 4-5 weeks.
noticed a increase in motivation. Unlike adderall or vyvanse is its not a stimulant forced motivation, it is a stimulant but id say less noticeable then a cup of coffee.
think of your dopamine store in your brain like a bathtub. adderall / amphetamines would smash the tub, dumping the dopamine instantly.
while bromantane is more so increasing the flow of dopamine, increased water pressure in the tub analogy.
effects more pronounced after id say a week or two and presisted for a few days - week after stopping.
hurt my sleep quite badly, very very long half life in the body. do with this as you will.

semax/ selank . selank made large tasks / anxiety quieter, but didnt kill inhib by any means
semax i used during my last finals in hopes to help memory retention / creative thinking, i dont know for sure if it had a meaning effect as i did alot of adderall during this period also. but i studied 10-14 hours a day almost daily for weeks, i wouldve tried anything to help lol.
