The audience retention (of the previous video) drops from 66% right before the intro to 52% in the middle of the intro and is 57% right after the intro.
Bad intro?

its just a bit cringe
this type of intro feels like you're watching a Minecraft channel owned by 13 years old
you can try to change the intro to see what effect it will have on audience retention I guess

Good video, audio quality could be better cause its a little painful to listen to in a headset.
I'd suggest putting something else instead of the channel banner as a background.
Gameplay would be good, I think even a couple of looped gifs of some landscape/cityscape could do tbh
