I've heard that undertone removal is smart for people with warmer skin tones and that undertone removal can help certain people ascend. I've seen other threads that recommend to try Antioxidants like as Lutein, Zeaxanthin, and Astaxanthin to clear those undertones. Is there science to make that or is it just pure cope?

carotenoids help w colouring...idk anything about "removing" undertones. ive used astaxanthin beta carotene and lycopene and i can say they make a difference.
