Ashwagandha effects poll

I was wondering how yall feel about ashwagandha as some people say ashwagandha made them kinda retarded and depressed while others say its the greatest thing ever.

Kinda weird some days im chill, less stress and some days feeling anhedonia

but thats probably due to ritalin IR crash,

id say try it for 1 month and see for yourself

I do notice better sleep though
