Both are supplements for mental clarity and stress, but which is better?
The main difference between the two is that ashwagandha calms you down while rhodiola rosea energizes you. Based on what I have read, rhodiola rosea seems to overall be better, but some people claim ashwagandha has a positive effect on T.
