Largely because its flaws are much more fixable by surgery.

By default (provided ur above average), you get:

Positives:

• PCT
• Narrow eye shape
• Good undereye support/high cheekbones
• Aegyo Sal

Negatives (fixable!):

• Monolid – fixable – get double eyelid surgery
• Lack of brow ridge – fixable – implant or inject
• Coloring – fixable – contacts or future technology
• Face too wide - fixable –zygos reduction
• Small PFL - fixable – lateral canthoplasty, since when a PCT undergoes lateral canthoplasty it becomes NCT with a significantly longer PFL

Neutral:

• High set eyebrows (worse for mascmaxxing but good for prettyboymaxxing/kpopmaxxing (or that JB appeal *wink wink*)

Meanwhile it's very hard to fix NCT or low cheekbones on a caucasian skull

That’s what I thought at first too but I realized that lateral canthoplasty is pretty viable for as long as you have the IPD, and shaving down cheekbones isn’t uncommon either.

When plastic surgery becomes mainstream and everyone gets virtually unlimited access to surgery - the average asian base would be considered easier to "fix" than the average caucasian base
