PPL is a very short split so if you break some muscles into different days you could do more shoulders without 'overtraining'I wanna prioritize shoulders, can i do them before chest on push day

but if you stick to ppl then do rear delts and mid delts day after pull and the day before push, and leave front delt saved for push as its almost always an involved muscle in alot of the chest exercises
