You won’t be able to alter your lip shape, at least not to a significant degree. PDO threads could possibly help depending on what your lips look like atm. I’ve never done them though.

this is like 3-4 weeks post, they should be settled by now, I just cropped out some random selfies so don't mind the low-ish quality. here's a diagram of how they're placed. red and blue are mono pdo threads, the green stripes are screw types, I used 25mm thread/30mm needles for both that...

It’s not as simple as compact midface (shorter face) = forward growth

A midface can also just be caused by short maxilla that is lacking forward growth.

And on the opposite end, a long midface can still occur if it is on a tall enough maxilla that is forward grown

Barrett for example, appears to have average maxilla height, but it is very forwardly grown, giving the appearance of an overly compact midface

Yes about a year ago. It’s cope. You will notice a slightly plumping effect while you have it on, but you lose that effect after discontinuing it.

If you’re still growing it may not be over. Everyone is different. You may very well reach 5’10 or 11. Only time will tell.

If it’s a structural issue then no amount of products can help. Unfortunate hard maxing is the only way to fix the root problem.

You can mask it using products like bb cream.

You can experiment with DMSO and ethanol if PG and ethanol dries your scalp out too much.

The colour could be due to thin skin under the eyes or just no fat pads. Retinol maybe can thicken skin over time, but i highly doubt it will make a noticeable difference. Your best bet is coping with covering it up with bb cream and then hard max in the future.

Not sure what you mean by “ideal during puberty”, but there’s nothing wrong with it.

Try get most do your dietary fat from animal products, like actual butter, beef, eggs (high in cholesterol which is good)

Not necessary. It’s individual based. Some people have intolerances.

But I saw you use dextrose powder, and by the sound of it whey protein. They can cause inflammation and also completely lack nutrients. Stick to whole foods, substitute your whey protein for foods such as beef and just meat in general, and dextrose for honey and other whole carb sources like rice and potatoes.
