ASO surgeons?

Do all Maxillofacial surgeons perform this procedure? Trying to fix prognathism, all info I can find is from Korea. Which USA surgeons to go to?

I'm assuming yes, but could you get a bimax with this, since they are removing teeth?

Koreans are more experienced in ASO because prognathism affects asians much more than whites. I feel that since caucasian phenotypes are characterized by flat mouth area or concave mouth area, there's not enough demand for surgeons to be proficient in this type of orthagnathic surgery.
