start with a regular 325mg pill and glycine and 1mg vitamin k2, then go up in the aspirin dose you can do 3-4 grams a day

Bookmarked. Any1 peer review this the 3-4 grams a day part is a bit sketchy. Is 1mg of vitk2 needed? I take 5mg for bone health
