Whatever i eat gets converted to Beard formation, acne. I can't sleep at night because of feeling too much hot. If I do some physical activity I feel hot very fast.
I couldn't Even gain weight as I am also trying to bulk ( white rice , potatoes )
I am 50 kg , 5'7
