Eat in a 300 calorie surplus until 20 ish % bodyfat while doing a program hitting most of the major muscle groups focusing on getting stronger with good form on compound movements and some isolations using double progression then cut to 12% and repeat the process. Perhaps switch to a more advanced style of periodization later if needed or just keep on with this

400 test weekly 200 mast weekly end off the last 8 weeks with small amounts of anavar (20mg) make sure to keep e2 in check to the point you feel fine so you dont close growth plates a voila also make sure to eat properly and work out with high weight high volume
